Old Navy Credit Card Payment Instructions
To begin, you must visit the Old Navy Card Sign in Page. Enter your User ID and click “Login”
If you have forgotten your User ID, you should click the “Lookup User ID” link. You will be sent to a page to verify your account number and part of your social security number.
When you have logged in your User ID and clicked on login, the next screen will prompt you to select your security image and enter your password to login fully.
Your account opens in the next page displaying your recent old navy credit card activity. To start the payment process, you will need to enter the specific amount your want to pay and the date.
If this is your first time on your old navy credit card account, you will need to set up your bank account where they will draw the payment from. On the payment platform, you can also check your account states, available Credit on your card, manage your rewards and update your personal profile
