Subject: Affidavit Letter of support for Jose & Angela Pellegrini

Dear USCIS Officer,
My name is Granit Martinelli, I submit this affidavit to establish Jose Pellegrini and Angela Simmons, as domestic partners, for immigration purposes.
I have had the honor of knowing Jose and Angela since we were introduced by a mutual friend three years ago. I’ve watched their relationship evolve from the start, and I can honestly say that these two love birds are deeply in love and they have a profound commitment to each other. I can honestly attest to the strength of their bond. All relationships have ups and downs but these two have stayed dedicated to each other through both good and bad times.

I witnessed their absolute commitment to one another when at some point last year, Angela was facing challenges at work and Jose was there every step of the way. He was a sounding board for her frustrations, he helped her brainstorm solutions, and he never wavered in his belief that she would overcome the obstacles she was facing. This was a tangible evidence of both his love for her and a true belief that they are a team.

Jose and Angela also have three major things in common that I have noticed makes them inseparable. The first is their love for classical music. The second is that they both have a wonderful silly sense of humor. They love to make each other laugh with their puns, jokes and playfulness. Even when the general mood is down, they always find something to smile about together. Finally, they both share a deep passion for volunteering by regularly offering their services at the local soup kitchen. The shared taste in music, warped sense of humor and love for communal activities are just some of the things that make their relationship so special.

I think this couple ( Jose and Angela) are truly deserving of this award. They have shown themselves to be people of strong character, with a deep commitment to themselves and the community around them. They are an inspiration to all who know them, and I believe they have a bright future ahead of them, together.

Yours sincerely,
Granit Martinelli

Dear USCIS Officer,

I am writing this affidavit letter in support of Kevin Gates and Harriet Torbine in their petition to remove conditions on their residence (Form I-751). I am a close friend of Kevin and we have been neighbors for 10 years. Kevin and Harriet met at his place of work roughly four years ago and since that time I have become quite familiar with Harriet as well. I must say it has been a privilege of witnessing the genuine and loving nature of their marriage first-hand.

As a couple, I have known Kevin and Harriet for many years, during which time I have observed the depth of their relationship and the mutual respect and affection they share. From the way they communicate to the way they support each other’s goals and aspirations, it is evident that theirs is a marriage built on love, trust, and mutual understanding.

One aspect of their relationship that stands out is their unwavering commitment to having a peaceful and calm union that is devoid of toxicity . Whether celebrating milestones together or navigating difficult times, Kevin and Harriet always approach life as a team, drawing strength from each other and facing adversity with resilience and grace.

With both of them being in the legal profession, their shared experiences and perspectives further underscore the organic nature of their marriage. From travelling together to exploring new hobbies and interests, Kevin and Harriet have forged a deep bond rooted in shared values and expectations. Their compatibility and companionship are evident in the way they support each other’s growth as individuals.

In addition to their strong relationship dynamics, both Kevin and Harriet exhibit exemplary character traits that further validate the legitimacy of their marriage. They are hard-working, honest, compassionate, and dedicated individuals who prioritize each other’s well-being and happiness above all else.

Dear USCIS Officer,

I want to confirm that I have known Jane Peterson since the summer of 2010 when she joined our church. Two years later Jane got Married to Godfrey in a glorious wedding officiated by our Pastor, Rev. Joshua Bonk. As a fellow member of First Faith Baptist, I have had the privilege of witnessing the beautiful and God-fearing relationship between them.

From the moment they joined our church community, it was evident that their marriage was grounded in faith and belief in the word of God. This unique couple exemplify the principles of Christianity in their daily lives, and their marriage serves as a testament to their relentless devotion to each other and to God.

One of the most inspiring aspects of their relationship is their shared faith and spiritual journey. Godfrey and Jane prioritize their relationship with our lord above all else, and they actively seek to strengthen their bond through prayer, worship, and fellowship with fellow believers. Their commitment to living according to biblical principles is evident in the way they treat each other with love, respect, and kindness. I am sure when they have kids, those children will be raised to be embody all the good that these two share.

They consistently demonstrate warmth and generosity towards others, both within our church community and beyond. Always willing to lend a helping hand, offer words of encouragement, and support for those in need. Their compassion and empathy towards themselves and others reflect the love of Christ and are a true testament to the strength of their character and the depth of their commitment to each other.

Throughout their time as members of our church, both Jane and Godfrey have actively participated in various ministries and activities, tirelessly demonstrating their will to praise God and contribute in building a strong Christian community. Their presence and involvement have enriched our church family massively, and we are most grateful for the positive impact they have made on our congregation.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly endorse Godfrey and Jane in their petition to remove conditions on their residence. Their marriage is rooted in faith, godly love, and selfless commitment, and I have every confidence that they will continue to honor their vows and glorify God in all that they do.
